Admission for the academic year 2024-25

Dear Parents,

Thank you for choosing Zion Matriculation Hr. Sec. School, Madambakkam. This school is already providing exemplary ambience combined with knowledge based education. Admission Procedure

Step 1:Register online  @ Admission form (2024 -2025)

Step 2: E-Mail / SMS confirmation will be sent once we receive your registration form.

Step 3: Student to appear for screening process on the scheduled date communicated through E-Mail / SMS.

Step 4: Selected candidates will receive communication through E-Mail / SMS within  7 working days of screening

Step 5: Selected candidates will receive an online payment link through E-mail and the link is valid for 7 working days. (Refer to procedure for online payment given below)

Step 6: Produce evidence of fee payment receipt to the office and procure the application form which should be duly filled and submitted to the school office along with the documents required. (Refer to documents to be produced with the application form given below)

Step 7: All other important dates will be intimated through E-Mail / SMS

Procedure for Online Payment and Fees

  1. Log on to www.zionschoolmadambakkam.com  and select the academic year for which fees is to be paid.

  2. First time user to enter registered mobile number as username. You will then receive an OTP (One Time Password) Enter the OTP and set your new password which you can use henceforth to login to the portal 
  3. Click on pay online under fee details on top left corner and follow the instructions on the screen to complete your fee payment 
  4. Click ‘pay’ to complete the payment. Please accept the terms and conditions before proceeding with the payment

Documents to be produced with the application form

  1. Attested copy of previous year’s report card and mark statements for Standard I to IX
  2. Attested copy of student’s birth certificate, community certificate and Aadhaar card.
  3. Address proof (utility bills preferred).
  4. TC generated from EMIS  should be submitted.
  5. Relevant details and certificates regarding medical concerns or special learning needs if any.
  6. 3 passport size photographs

Admission Updates

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTION FOR FEE PAYMENT FOR NEW ADMISSION

Step 1: Click on the Parent Portal.

Step 2To create a fresh login account, select “forget password” option, then enter your mobile number in the password assistance box. Next, click the Login tab, then, an OTP will be received on your registered mobile number. Enter this OTP number in the temp new password box provided. Click Login button.

You will arrive on “set your new password” page, put the new password and re-enter the same password in the boxes provided, click on Change tab and confirm a permanent password. Once your password is set successfully, please make sure to remember the password for future use of the Portal.

Step 3: Click Pay Online tab under “fee details section”. Follow instructions on the screen to complete your fee payment.

Step 4: The Student Dashboard will open up with the student profile page. The due amount will be reflecting in the left bottom of the screen. Click on Pay Now.

Step 5: You will be able to view fee break up. Select the option one by one. Please accept the Terms and Condition before proceeding with the payment. Click on Pay Tab.

Step 6: The payment getaway page will open up, select your payment mode- Debit Card, Credit Card, Netbanking, UPI/QR transaction mode is available. For UPI/QR mode there is no extra bank charges involved.

Admission Update

  • Admissions are closed for the current academic year 2021 – 2022.
  • Parent Portal for Online registration for admissions for the academic year 2022 – 2023 will open with effect from 3rd January 2022 (Monday).
